Job summary

St. Mary High Desert Medical Group in Apple Valley, CA seeks a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to join a physician-led cardiovascular team serving a fast-growing Southern California community.

You will participate in a mix of inpatient and outpatient duties, alongside 3 interventional cardiologists and 2 nurse practitioners, with a 3 weeks in clinic, 1 week in hospital schedule. Compensation is $600,000 to $894,904 per year, with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensive benefits,

Position Details:

• Full-time Interventional Cardiology
• Join existing team of 3 interventional cardiologists and 2 nurse practitioners
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Schedule: 3 weeks in clinic (Monday to Thursday), 1 week in hospital
• 1:5 STEMI schedule expected

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $600,000 and $894,904 per year
• 2-year salary guarantee

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED/STEMI call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.
