Mission Heritage Medical Group in Mission Viejo, California seeks an experienced board-certified Interventional Cardiologist to join a mature, well‑established Cardiology group. Qualifications

• Board-certified interventional cardiologist with experience in STEMI, TAVR and Watchman programs.
• Experience in a mature, multi-physician cardiology group is preferred.
• Strong collaborative and mentorship abilities within a 13-person team.

Responsibilities

• Provide general outpatient cardiology services and inpatient duties.
• Share inpatient call rotation and round on your own patients.
• Support a fully operational TAVR and Watchman program with NP backing.

Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking an experienced board-certified Interventional Cardiologist to join a strong and well-established team in Mission Viejo, California. This is a full‑time position and a fantastic opportunity to join a collegial team with a strong support staff at Mission Heritage Medical Group's well‑established and experienced Cardiology group.

Step into a mature clinical practice that includes general outpatient Cardiology, inpatient duties, STEMI call, and a fully operational TAVR and Watchman program with NP support. The group services only one hospital with on‑campus clinic adjacent to the hospital with no driving between multiple locations. Position Details

• Full‑time position
• Supportive group of 13 Cardiologists with a mix of experience and expertise offering mentorship and collaboration
• High volume outpatient diagnostic lab providing echo, stress testing, nuclear, and vascular services
• Shared inpatient call rotation; round on your own patients
• Strong Hospitalist service with 24/7 in‑house Hospitalists and Intensivists

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation is between $445,000 and $894,000 per year
• Position qualifies for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.
• Sign‑on bonus, relocation assistance available

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
