Job description

Seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join an expanding team in western Pennsylvania.

Details/Benefits:

1. Full-time, employed position
2. The successful candidate will enjoy a clinical academic appointment and provide interventional services
3. Procedures include diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations, TEE’s, cardioversions, temporary and permanent pacemakers, intra-aortic balloon pumps, as well as peripheral angiogram and intervention by vascular surgery
4. Team consists of 5 full-time cardiologists (including 1+ interventionalist and 4 non-invasive cardiologists) and seeks another interventionalist, along with 5 APPs serving two suburban areas
5. Part-time services are provided by 3 electrophysiologists (including pacemaker clinic), a heart failure specialist, 4 vascular surgeons, and 1 cardiothoracic surgeon
6. Full range of diagnostic services including 2 cath labs
7. Extensive primary care referral network
