LocumTenens.com, LLC is seeking a Board-certified Interventional Cardiologist to provide inpatient coverage in Paducah, Kentucky, with a 24-hour call requirement. The clinician will participate in on-site interventional cardiology services during assigned shifts, including emergent and elective coverage.

Coverage dates include November 23–26; December 1–4; and December 29–January 1, with a typical 3–7 days per month commitment alongside an established cardiology team.

• Board-certified in Interventional Cardiology is required.

About the Clinician's Workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient interventional cardiology and EMTALA call coverage on a 24-hour call basis, working 3-7 days per month alongside an established interventional cardiology team. Clinical responsibilities include performing cardiac catheterizations, coronary angiograms, angioplasty, and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs), as well as responding to all hospital cardiology calls and providing general cardiology consultations as needed. Clinicians are also required to interpret EKGs, echocardiograms, and stress tests, including nuclear studies, throughout each assigned coverage period. Board certification in Interventional Cardiology and prescriptive authority are required for consideration.
