The Mason City Clinic in Mason City, IA, seeks a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologist to join its busy Cardiology team. The role covers inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic services, with strong collaboration with cardiac surgery and vascular surgery, including TEE and cardioversions.

This growing program features a TAVR, LAAO/Watchman, active heart team and 1:3 call with option for additional call, plus a comprehensive benefits package and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Board eligible/certified within 3 years of becoming eligible.
• H1B & J1 candidates encouraged to apply.
• Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school required.
• Demonstrated clinical competency after residency.
• Must obtain privileges at Mercy Medical Center—North Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient, outpatient, and diagnostic cardiology services.
• Non-invasive, invasive, interventional procedures and EP with cardiac surgery & vascular surgery collaboration.
• Perform TEE and cardioversions; participate in a growing structural heart program (TAVR, LAAO/Watchman).
• Share 1:3 call with potential for excess call; participate in a comprehensive heart team.
