Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC, a private cardiology and peripheral vascular practice in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist with strong peripheral vascular skills or interest in developing a high-volume peripheral practice.

The practice offers a mix of coronary and peripheral interventions in a high-volume setting with an established patient base. Structural heart training is not required, and there is a supportive team and advanced capabilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required and board eligible or board certified in Interventional Cardiology.
• Strong peripheral vascular/endovascular skills or a demonstrated interest in peripheral intervention.
• License in Florida or eligibility for licensure.
• Structural heart training not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient cardiology consultation and rounding at a nearby hospital.
• Lead and support a high-volume coronary and peripheral vascular program.
• Manage call schedule around a 1:4–1:5 rotation; after-hours calls via telephone as needed.
• Contribute to expanding outpatient procedural capabilities.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and primary care physicians to coordinate care.
