Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, MT seeks an Interventional Cardiologist to provide 24/7 on-call coverage within a Level III Trauma Center supported by two cath labs. You will collaborate with hospitalists managing adult inpatients and an intensive care unit, perform Echo/EKG reads, and contribute to NSTEMI/STEMI care.

The role requires MD/DO, ACGME residency in Interventional Cardiology, ABMS cert or eligibility, Montana license, BLS and DEA, with credentialing support.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
ACGME accredited residency training in Interventional Cardiology.
ABMS board certification or eligibility in Interventional Cardiology.
Active Montana medical license or the ability to obtain one.
BLS certification and DEA.
Ability to successfully complete credentialing process.

Responsibilities

Provide seamless 24/7 on-call on interventional cardiology coverage.
Collaborate with hospitalists for adult inpatient care and ICU management.
Read Echo/EKGs and perform stress testing; manage NSTEMI/STEMI care.
Participate in credentialing and quality initiatives.
