NOWHealthcare is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist for a Michigan City, IN location, less than an hour from Chicago. Board Eligible/Certified in Interventional Cardiology with a focus on invasive procedures is desired.

The candidate should be able to obtain Indiana licensure and sustain a high standard of patient care. The role offers hospital rounding, dedicated Cath Lab time, and potential telehealth support.

Qualifications

• Board Eligible or Board Certified Interventional Cardiology required.
• Ability to obtain Indiana state medical license.
• Knowledge of PCI and peripheral vascular procedures helpful.

Responsibilities

• Rounding two weeks per month at the hospital, Monday–Friday.
• Provide invasive interventions as part of a PCI-focused practice.
• Develop strong ties with the community and medical staff.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
• Mentorship from experienced physicians available.
• Telehealth services may be used to support patient care.

About the Role:

• Location: Michigan City, IN - less than 1hr from Chicago!
• Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist who specializes in Invasive Intervention
• Ideal candidate will have a passion for PCI and peripheral vascular procedures, clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction.
• Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
• Two weeks per month rounding in hospital: Monday – Friday
• Strong mentorship available from seasoned physicians already in practice
• STEMI Call 1:3
• Call: 10 days of call per month
• Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day
• Average rounding volume: 10 – 15 patients per day
