Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• BSN must be completed within five years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as part of a health care team.
• Apply the nursing process effectively for diverse patients and families.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with set goals.
• Execute the plan of care following standards and policies.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions for revisions.
• Develop and maintain nurse-patient/family teaching plans.
