Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist / Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist support professional to assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac, peripheral, and EP procedures. You will work directly with clinicians to deliver safe, quality patient care and maintain accurate procedure documentation.

The role requires ARRT RT-R or RCIS credential, preferred Associate degree, and at least 1 year in Cath Lab/interventional radiology.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate of an ARRT approved school of Radiologic Technology (RT-R) or Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist (RCIS)
• Preferred Associate degree
• 1 year in a Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Radiology

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac, peripheral and EP procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and team members to provide safe, quality patient care.
• Maintain expertise in radiographic imaging techniques for invasive procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and contact support for malfunctions.
• Complete required documentation for procedures including regulatory, billing, image storage and archival.
