Job summary

University of Southern California in Glendale seeks a Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to support diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures in the Cath Lab. You will prepare for imaging, troubleshoot equipment, maintain records and supplies, and participate in after-hours standby as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in radiologic technology with angiography or cardiac cath experience and holds an accredited radiologic technology credential.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Two years of Radiologic Technologist experience, with angiography or cardiac cath experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scrub or circulate for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Prepare, maintain and operate interventional imaging equipment.
• Ensure proper records, QA, and maintenance for equipment and supplies.
