Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Cath Lab Technician to assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac, vascular, and EP procedures. You’ll support physicians, monitor hemodynamics, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Requires ARRT license, 3–5 years of cath lab experience, and ability to operate imaging equipment. Position involves call rotation and potential training responsibilities within the Cath Lab.

Qualifications

• Radiologic technologist with ARRT license and BLS/ACLS certification.
• 3–5 years of related work experience required in cath lab or interventional imaging.
• Ability to work with IABP and cardiac/vascular devices is preferred.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills for procedural documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiologist and vascular surgeon during diagnostic and invasive procedures.
• Support pacemaker/ICD implant procedures when needed.
• Monitor hemodynamics and document measurements during procedures.
• Maintain inventory and ensure radiation safety protocols are followed.
• Train/mentors others in cath lab operations and data collection.
