Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an experienced interventional radiology/cath lab professional to support diagnostic and invasive cardiac, vascular, and EP procedures. You will scrub, monitor, and assist in pacemaker/ICD implants, while helping manage imaging equipment and radiation safety.

Role requires 3–5 years of cath lab experience, ARRT/ACLS/BLS credentials, and a strong technical skill set. Varied hours; on-site hospital environment with teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related work experience required.
• IABP course completion.
• Must be able to work in a 20lbs lead apron.
• Advanced technical computer skills for lab systems.
• Cardiac Interventional Certificate within one year.
• Knowledge of cath lab inventory.
• Minimum 3 years recent angiography experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cardiologist and/or vascular surgeon in diagnostic and invasive cardiac, vascular and EP procedures.
• Assist with permanent pacemaker and ICD implants.
• Support imaging and equipment operation in interventional labs.
• Participate in hemodynamic monitoring, scrubbing and circulating duties.
• Obtain and communicate vital hemodynamic measurements to physicians.
• Maintain inventory and restock as needed; report to Nurse Manager.
