Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness care, post treatment home care, and medication administration.
• Participates in promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develops and documents plans of care with defined goals in coordination with the interprofessional team.
• Assess and address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients.
