• Communicate and conference with parents, providing information on student progress.
• Attend training sessions and deliver designated instructional models and strategies in reading, mathematics, and writing skills using Company-designed materials.
• Develop and maintain individualized, skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Ensure supervision of students, including escorting students safely to and from sessions.
• Maintain student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state, and federal agencies.
