Job summary

LEARN Behavioral is seeking an Intervention Teacher to support students in elementary through high school in small-group settings. You will design targeted interventions, track progress, and collaborate with families and schools to drive student outcomes.

This part-time role requires an active teaching credential or eligibility, and a commitment to evidence-based practices. The team supports students nationwide and values inclusive education and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Active teaching certification or Statement of Eligibility.
• Teaching experience with elementary, middle, and/or high school students.
• Title I experience preferred.
• Ability to complete district fingerprinting and background clearance when applicable.
• Reliable internet and a computer with webcam for remote teaching when applicable.

• Develop lesson plans and implement academic interventions.
• Engage students and create a positive classroom environment.
• Assess, document, and report academic data and progress.

What You Have

Active and valid teaching certification or Statement of Eligibility

Teaching experience with elementary, middle, and/or high school students

Physical Requirements

Must be able to walk, run, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, reach, balance, and move quickly as needed. Must push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs., maintain client safety awareness, respond quickly to changes, and safely manage client movement per ABA guidelines. Requires stamina, sustained concentration, effective communication, and ability to work in loud, high-stimulation environments. Must assist with hygiene and toileting as needed.
