Saint Paul Public Schools is seeking an Intervention Specialist for Bridge View in St. Paul, MN. This 10-month, full-time role focuses on supporting students with severe disabilities through MTSS, PBIS, and restorative practices.

The position emphasizes collaboration with teachers, families, and non-licensed staff to implement effective academic and behavioral interventions while maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with two years of experience in educational, behavioral, or youth development settings or equivalent.
• Demonstrated knowledge of academic and/or behavioral intervention strategies.
• Experience with diverse student populations and families.

Responsibilities

• Direct student support within tier 1–3 interventions.
• Collect, document, and analyze student data to guide interventions.
• Collaborate with staff and families to align supports.
• Participate in MTSS/PBIS teams and district initiatives.
• Non-instructional supervision and maintaining a safe school environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
