Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an Intervention Specialist to support K-12 learners with diverse needs near Strongsville, OH. You will deliver tailored instruction, adapt curriculum, and help develop IEPs to foster student growth in a collaborative school setting.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a focus on inclusive education, data-driven planning, and frequent communication with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Certification required in Ohio for Intervention Specialist.
• Experience in special education preferred.
• Ability to create inclusive, differentiated instructional plans.
• Strong collaboration and communication with teachers, staff, and parents.
• Commitment to a positive, engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction and manage caseload of K-12 students with varying abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Use data-driven strategies to track student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student achievements and needs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
