Connections Academy seeks an Intervention Specialist for the 2025-2026 school year in Florida. This role focuses on providing academic support to at-risk students, requiring strong technology skills and certification as a teacher in Florida. The successful candidate will lead intervention strategies and collaborate with staff to improve student outcomes.
Position Summary
We are accepting applications for the 2025–2026 school year. Working from your home office in Florida, the Intervention Specialist will serve as a teacher for students receiving RTI (Response to Intervention) support. This position focuses on providing targeted academic instruction and intervention to students who are at risk of failing courses, as well as those who have already failed. Additionally, the Intervention Specialist will collaborate closely with the MTSS Lead to identify students in need of support and to develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies.
Key responsibilities include teaching RTI students in individual or small group settings, analyzing student data, and providing professional development and coaching to teachers involved in the intervention process.
