Qualifications

• Establish and maintain professional relationships while protecting confidentiality.
• Proficient use of MS Word and Excel and related information systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with crises and behavior management when needed.
• Supervise students on campus including hallways, lunchroom, playground and buses.
• Model appropriate conduct and use positive reinforcement with students.
• Lead by example, stay punctual, and guide staff and students to pride in the environment.
• Observe, record and chart behavioral data and complete clerical tasks as assigned.
• Maintain safe environment in line with district goals.
