CUA Intervention Director is an administrative position within the CUA organizational structure and is responsible for ensuring that Bethanna’s CUA Regions has an available array of evidence-based and other supportive services and interventions necessary to achieve the targeted goals of improving the safety, permanency and well-being of children, youth and families including ensuring strong and meaningful linkages to educational, behavioral and physical health services. They would closely with the Director of Community Engagement and report directly to the CUA Assistant Director.
Master's Degree in a Human Services related field.
The employee will have access to a personal car, to be used for transportation purposes during work. The CUA Intervention Director will possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license (unless living in another state during the employment period), vehicle registration, car insurance, and have a safe driving record.
