The intervention coordinator will provide oversight for intervention implementation, including training and overseeing part‑time intervention facilitators and student volunteers. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of intervention implementation, including organizing intervention equipment/materials, printing of intervention materials, participant attendance reminders, and monitoring compliance/engagement with Fitbits. She/he will review audio recordings of intervention sessions and monitor weekly reports of intervention dose, fidelity and attendance.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Counseling Education, Social Work, Public Health, Exercise Science, or a related field with at least 2 years of related experience. This position requires flexibility in work schedule to include evening hours and experience coordinating research studies is preferred.
