Responsibilities

• Instructs students with learning disabilities or mild intellectual disability and/or emotional/behavioral disorders using varied teaching methods.
• Prepares lessons and outlines to cover material.
• Administers various assessments to monitor student progress.
• Maintains classroom order and supervises students at lunch and throughout the day.
• Coordinates parent/teacher conferences and communicates student performance.
• Attends faculty meetings and trainings; reports to the school in person.
