Robbers Cave State Park, part of the State of Oklahoma's Department of Tourism and Recreation, is hiring a full-time Interpretive Guide. This entry-level role requires a strong customer-service mindset and willingness to perform physical labor outdoors.

You will lead guided hikes, deliver educational programming, plan crafts, and help with groundskeeping and visitor assistance. Schedule includes holidays and weekends; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lead walking tours and navigate trails.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead guided hikes or other outdoor activities.
• Deliver educational programming.
• Plan and lead arts and crafts activities.
• Perform trail and animal enclosure upkeep, including repairs and cleaning.
• Assist with routine groundskeeping and facility organization around Nature Center.
• Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
