Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking an Interpreter for the 2026/2027 school year in Conroe, TX. The position is in-person and PRN on-call to support school meetings with students and families.

The role requires real-time interpreting across multiple languages, collaboration with SPED staff and teachers, and strict confidentiality. A FERPA acknowledgment is required; bilingual education or interpreter certification is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in English and at least one listed language.
• Experience providing interpretation in professional, educational, healthcare, or community settings.
• Ability to pass Simulated Interpretation Exercise.
• Ability to pass background screening appropriate for school-aged populations.
• FERPA confidentiality protocol training and acknowledgment on file.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers, SPED staff, and related service providers to support student success and IEP goals.
• Support communication during meetings, assessments, and other school activities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of interpreting.
