Job Type: Part-time, exempt position
The Interpreter Mentoring & Advancement Program (IMAP) seeks experienced and certified sign language interpreters to serve as mentors to emerging professionals. This role is ideal for dedicated interpreters passionate about supporting mentees' growth through structured weekly meetings, skills feedback, and professional guidance.
Mentors will work under contract and receive a stipend per mentee. The position is flexible, remote-friendly, and designed for interpreters who want to give back to the field through meaningful one-on-one mentoring relationships.
Meet weekly with each mentee for approximately one hour.
