We have an opportunity for an Interpreter – Intermittent. We are seeking qualified individuals to perform Spanish language interpretation services for the Superior Court of California and for parties to proceedings. The ideal candidate shall possess and maintain a valid certificate as a “Certified Court Interpreter” issued by the Judicial Council of California on behalf of the State of California. This is a temporary position and requires travel within an assigned geographic region, however may also require travel throughout Riverside County.
Provide Spanish language interpretation services for court proceedings and related activities as required by the Superior Court of California.

Step I: All applications will be reviewed to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications; those qualified candidates may be referred to step II in the selection process.
Step II: Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications may be reviewed by the Subject Matter Expert(s). Successful candidates may be invited to participate in the examination process.
Step III: Those candidates that are successful in the previous step may be invited to take a pass/fail assessment. Those candidates passing the examination may be referred to step IV in the selection process.
Step IV: Those candidates that are successful in the previous step may be invited to an oral interview. Additional steps for the selection process will include a drug test, background and reference checks.
