Position Summary

Brockton Public Schools is seeking an Interpreter for the Hearing Impaired for an elementary student. The Interpreter will facilitate effective communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and hearing individuals. The interpreter will accurately translate spoken language into American Sign Language (ASL) and interpret signed communication into spoken English while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity of the student.
