Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer (Clinical Data Exchange) to support HIE activities across Nemours, connecting to DHIN, HSX, and Florida HIE. Responsibilities include ensuring interoperability, maintaining integrations, and enabling care teams with external systems.

Remote eligibility depends on state residency, with on-site locations in DE and FL. Ideal candidates will hold Epic Care Everywhere certification, have HIE/CDX experience, and navigate Epic EHR

Qualifications

• Epic Care Everywhere certification required.
• Experience in Health Information Exchange/Clinical Data Exchange.
• Experience with query-based records exchange and Direct messaging standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for all Health Information Exchange activities.
• Establish new connections and maintain existing integrations with health systems and exchanges.
• Perform analysis, testing, deployment, monitoring and ongoing support of HIE initiatives.
• Collaborate with Privacy and Health Information Management to address patient questions and opt-out requests.
