Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer (Clinical Data Exchange) to support Health Information Exchange activities across Nemours facilities and external partners. You will implement, test, monitor, and maintain integrations using Epic Care Everywhere and Direct messaging to improve data interoperability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Privacy, Health Information Management, and care teams to ensure secure data exchange and patient-centered interoperability

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in a related area.
• Application specific certifications must be acquired and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for HIE activities, maintaining integrations with external health systems.
• Perform analysis, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support for HIE initiatives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integration tools and processes, including Direct messaging and Care Everywhere.
• Collaborate with Privacy and Health Information Management teams to ensure compliant data exchange.
