Wells Enterprises, a Ferrero Company, is seeking a Summer Intern to join the Wells Walmart team in Bentonville this summer. The intern will support the account during its peak season, manage multiple projects, and provide strategic recommendations that will drive growth and create impact.

The role includes building Tableau reports and participating in day-to-day meetings and projects. You will own key analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape short- and long-term

Qualifications

• Currently a junior or senior majoring in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Passion for Frozen Treats and interest in gaining CPG experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to own multiple projects, leading from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights to drive category growth and incremental sales.
• Analyze data, reports, and trends for Wells Premium Brand and Private Label.
• Develop data-based recommendations to support short- and long-term strategy.
• Monitor competitors and build a category overview at customer and national levels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Finance and agency partners.

The Role

Looking for a cool gig? We’re on the hunt for an intern to join the Wells Walmart team in Bentonville this summer and potentially the fall as well. The Wells Walmart intern will play a key role in supporting the Wells Walmart account during its peak season - summer! They will have the opportunity to manage multiple projects and provide strategic recommendations that will drive positive impact and support our growth plans! The intern will participate in day-to-day meetings and projects, while owning key analysis, automation, and new Tableau reporting builds.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strategic business insights and recommendations, helping to drive category growth and incremental sales opportunities.


• Analyze data, reports, and trends to identify key insights and implications for Wells Premium Brand and Private Label portfolios.


• Develop and present data-based recommendations to support short and long-term strategy.


• Monitor key competitors and develop a comprehensive category overview on a customer and national level.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams, including: Project Management, Marketing, Demand Planning, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain, Consumer Insights, R&D, Finance and agency partners.
