Chubb Ltd. invites students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance to join our Tax Internship program in the United States. You will gain hands-on experience preparing Federal, State, and Local tax returns for diverse U.S. entities and support quarterly estimates and notices.
Successful participants may receive training in tax research and audits, with opportunities to advance within Chubb after graduation, depending on timelines. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
Our Internship Program is an excellent starting point for individuals seeking to learn more about the insurance industry at one of the world's leading P&C insurance companies. As a part of the Tax internship, you will have the opportunity to work on business specific projects where you will gain knowledge and experience to supplement and strengthen your academic skills. Our program offers the opportunity to learn, grow, and build professional skills while being supported by our experienced team members. Successful participants in the program may have the opportunity to return to Chubb as a full-time employee or future intern, depending on their graduation date.

This Internship Program is planned to start in Fall 2026
Major duties and responsibilities include:
Students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
GPA of 3.0 or above required.
Preferred prior work experience, including but not limited to summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.
Preferred leadership experience, including but not limited to work, involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities.
Possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
Tax and Treasury experience is helpful but not required.
