Job summary

Yonkers Contracting Company offers a Summer Internship Program for motivated students to work with veteran professionals on major infrastructure projects in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut region.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in field and office settings, learn project planning and coordination, and participate in safety briefings and meetings, with potential for future internship or full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage time well.
• OSHA 10 is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Yonkers Contracting Company is looking for motivated students to join our Internship Program. Interns work alongside experienced professionals on major infrastructure projects and see firsthand how heavy civil construction gets built, managed, and delivered.

What You’ll Do

• Support project teams in the field and in the office
