Internship Program

Million Dollar Baby Co. offers a stipend‑paid internship for university students or newly graduated students looking for real‑world experience in a wholesale/distribution business within an environment that fosters mentoring and feedback. All interns gain experience in various areas of business management operations.

Internship Details

• Stipend‑paid.
• Minimum 24 hours per week during Fall and Spring.
• Minimum 40 hours per week during Summer.
• Must be located in Southern California.
• No guaranteed full‑time opportunities after completion, but former interns have joined full time in teams such as Branding/Marketing, Operations, and Accounting.

Required Start Months

• March (Spring)
• June (Summer)
• September (Fall)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation

California pay range: 23 USD – 30 USD.
