Bosch invites a logistics/administration internship focused on tracking orders and coordinating information. You will support status updates, data entry, and meeting scheduling, while developing exposure to multi-department workflows.

Ideal candidates are currently in or have completed a university program in logistics or related fields, fluent in English, with JLPT N3+ in Japanese, and proficient in MS Office. Monday–Friday work with learning mindset in a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a university program in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Languages, Business Administration, or related fields.
• No prior work experience required; internship or experience in logistics, production planning, or customer service is advantageous.
• Fluent in English at business level (verbal and written).
• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and collaboration skills; patient and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Distribute information to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with entering sample order data into the internal management system.
• Update tracking files with sample order status information.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and sending invitations.

Job Description
