Design Showroom Intern. This internship is designed to help you explore career opportunities at RBS while gaining hands-on experience and developing valuable professional skills.

Riverhead Building Supply is a leading building materials company with over 800 team members across Long Island, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts. We are looking for an enthusiastic Internship Design Showroom Assistant to join our team and grow with us.

For compliance purposes for NYS transparency, the expected salary range is $18.00–$21.00 per hour. Compensation will be based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities

You Will Gain Exposure To

• Showroom operations, customer service, and product knowledge
• Sample libraries, vendor relationships, and industry processes
• Leading manufacturers of cabinetry, hardware, appliances, countertops, moldings, and millwork
• Experienced mentors and professionals who will support your growth
• Design and sales processes, including order entry and CRM documentation
• Building relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, contractors, and trade professionals
