Job summary

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Circuit Design: Design analog and power application circuits to support evaluation and demonstration of power semiconductor devices across various operating conditions
• PCB Development: Design and layout PCBs for evaluation boards used in characterizing and validating semiconductor components in real-world application scenarios
• Technical Collateral: Create customer-facing technical documentation including application notes, evaluation board designs, and user guides to support product adoption
• Simulation Modeling: Perform simulation and modeling of analog and digital circuits using PSpice and SIMPLIS to validate design performance prior to hardware build
• Device Characterization: Assist in characterizing power semiconductor devices under various electrical and thermal operating conditions using lab measurement techniques
• Data Automation: Support data analysis and automation workflows to streamline test results reporting and characterization data processing
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to communicate technical findings and contribute to product development initiatives

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, or a closely related field preferred
• Semiconductor Knowledge: Ideally, some knowledge of power semiconductor devices and backend semiconductor processing is preferred
• Simulation Tools: Hands‑on experience with PSpice and/or SIMPLIS simulation tools for analog and digital circuit modeling and analysis
• Lab Proficiency: Familiarity with lab measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and signal generators for hardware debugging and device characterization
• Technical Communication: Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear application notes, user guides, and engineering reports for both internal and external audiences
• Domain Interest:Interest or coursework in aerospace, high‑reliability, or industrial power electronics is a distinguishing advantage for this role
• US citizen or green card holder: Thisposition requires access to documentation that is controlled by the exportlaws of the United States. Salary pay information:

• Andover, MA, United States
• Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate: US$28.00 – US$34.50
• Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
