Job description

Web Design Internship – Idaho Falls, Idaho

Program dates: Winter (January – April), Summer (May – August), Fall (September – December). This internship is part of the Web Marketing team and involves following Melaleuca’s graphic standards while applying creative approaches to internal and external materials.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement web pages using solid design and sensible user interface principles.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and logic‑based targeting solutions.
• Work with translators to implement international site work.

Qualifications

• Preference for students in junior or senior year of college pursuing a related degree.
• Must be able to work in Idaho Falls, Idaho for the program duration of approximately 90 days.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75.
• Some proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Demonstrated minimum level of online design work, freelance, or school‑based projects.
• Javascript or CSS knowledge is a huge plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, international team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, proactive and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Graduated or working toward a degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus.
