Job description

This internship position is part of the Web Marketing team at Melaleuca. The intern will be responsible for designing and maintaining web pages while following corporate graphic standards.

Internship Details

• Program dates: Winter – January to April, Summer – May to August, Fall – September to December
• Location: Idaho Falls, Idaho (must be available for approximately 90 days during the program)

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement web pages using solid design and sensible user‑interface principles
• Work with developers to implement designs and logic‑based targeting solutions
• Collaborate with translators to implement international site work

Qualifications

• Preference given to students currently in their junior or senior year of college, pursuing a degree in a related field
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher
• Some proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite required
• Must be able to demonstrate a minimum level of online design work, freelance, school‑based projects, or equivalent
• Knowledge of JavaScript or CSS is a huge plus
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, international team environment
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, being proactive and meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Graduating or working toward a degree in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus
