Job summary

Byerly RV in Eureka, Missouri is seeking driven sales professionals to help customers find the perfect RV and close deals.

You will present and sell all makes and models of new and used units, assist online customers, follow up with leads, and create promotional videos with the media manager. This role offers a weekly draw on commission and opportunities for uncapped earnings.

Experience with RVs or auto dealership environment is a plus; high school diploma required; schedule Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist internet customers with buying decisions
• Help customers select the unit which best meets their needs and advise on towing requirements
• Present and sell all makes and models of new and used units
• Present and sell other value-added options
• Write deals to present to sales manager
• Maintain regular follow up with prospective and current clients
• Conduct daily follow-up calls to leads and customers who have not yet made a purchase, ensuring ongoing engagement and addressing any questions or concerns
• Create promotional videos with our media manager
• Follow the Byerly RV Sales process
• Learn all RV categories - tent trailer, fifth wheel, trailers, and luxury motorhomes
• All other tasks as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities

• Valid Driver’s License, satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report with an insurable driving record
• Ability to drive, move and park recreational vehicles of all sizes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience at an RV or automotive dealership environment a plus

Schedule

Monday – Saturday with a day off on (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

Compensation

Draw on Commission Weekly draw

This position operates outside and in a shop environment. The employee will be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions including heat and cold. The noise level is moderate to high at times.
