Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking an Internet Sales Associate to join our Jacksonville corporate office. This on-site, full-process sales role focuses on connecting with and closing digital leads remotely from our office.

You will manage digital leads through the full sales process, from initial contact to quoting, financing, negotiation, and closing. This hourly plus commission-based position emphasizes customer relationships and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to obtain State Salesperson License if required by state regulations.
• Willingness to complete manufacturer and company product certifications as required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process to close E-lead customers remotely.
• Receive leads and work them through to a closed sale.
• Respond to customers via company platforms, moving from email to phone or video to build rapport.
• Prepare and present accurate quotes, negotiate terms, secure deposits, and guide credit applications.
• Maintain knowledge of products and speak credibly to floor plans and features.
• Close sales by coordinating with the F&I team and delivery logistics.
• Maintain an active relationship with each customer in the CRM throughout the sales cycle.
• Maximize conversion on leads while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

About the role

Manage digital leads through the full sales process, from initial contact and product education to quoting, financing, negotiation, and closing. This is an hourly+ commission-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, maximizing lead conversion, and consistently achieving sales goals.

• Follow our trusted door-to-deal sales process to close E-lead customers remotely
• Receive leads and work them through to a closed sale
• Quickly and effectively respond to customers via company platforms and online sources, moving customers from email to phone or video to build rapport and momentum
• Prepare and present accurate quotes, negotiate terms, secure deposits, and guide customers through credit applications and trade appraisals
• Maintain a working knowledge of each product being sold, with the ability to speak credibly to floor plans, features, and comparisons
• Close sales effectively by working closely with the F&I team and coordinating delivery logistics with the customer's store
• Maintain an active, documented relationship with each customer in DP360 throughout the sales cycle
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with each customer
• Maximize conversion on assigned leads while delivering a customer experience that earns repeat and referral business
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization
• Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry, and current dealership inventory
• Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

License & Certifications

• Must be able to obtain State Salesperson License if required by state regulations
• Willingness to complete manufacturer and company product certifications as required for the role

• Demonstrated excellent computer skills, oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to close sales and manage a full remote sales cycle independently
• Ability to work flexible hours, as required. Hours may include evenings and weekends
