Job summary

AAA is seeking an Internet Sales Agent in Coppell, TX to qualify and quote prospects, sell memberships and personal lines insurance, and follow up with members.

You will work with leads provided by a strong brand, enjoy paid training, competitive earnings, and a benefits package designed to support long-term success.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Provide excellent customer service and retain members.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and quote prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.
• Following up with members and insureds; prospecting for new business.
• Inspecting related documentation and resolving membership and insurance problems.
• Multi-tasking and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Working some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.

Qualifications

• Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
• Have computer experience and good organizational skills
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
• Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
• Sales experience highly preferred
• High School Diploma required, College Degree a plus
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal lines as well as Life license.
• Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals
• Successful completion of a Background Check
• Ability to pass a Drug Screen
