Gary's Wine & Marketplace is a locally owned wine retailer with multiple stores and an online presence. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a Part-Time, Non-Seasonal Internet Fulfillment Team Member role to ensure orders are received, processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

The role involves efficient order processing, item selection, wine verification, packing and shipping, order organization, and customer communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Efficiently processes internet orders with complete documentation.
• Pulls and prepares items for orders as requested.
• Verifies wine type and vintage for each order.
• Packages, labels, and ships orders securely.
• Coordinates pickup orders for a smooth experience.
• Processes customer transactions accurately and securely.
• Updates customer data in Vision POS and notifies marketing of changes.
• Communicates with customers to provide timely support and resolution.
• Handles internet order-related customer service calls professionally.
• Restocks shelves to ensure product availability.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a Part-Time, Non-Seasonal Role, as an Internet Fulfillment Team Member to ensure our customers receive their orders flawlessly and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Efficient Order Processing:Accurately handles internet orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed promptly.
• Item Selection:Pull and prepare items for orders as requested.
• Wine Verification:Confirm that the correct vintage and type of wine is selected for each order.
• Packing and Shipping:Carefully pack, label, and ship orders to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Order Organization:Coordinate and manage pickup orders for a seamless customer experience.
• Transaction Management:Process customer transactions with precision, ensuring each customer is properly identified.
• Customer Data Management:Add new customer information or update existing data in Vision POS, while keeping our marketing department informed of any changes.
• Customer Correspondence:Communicate with customers to provide outstanding support, ensuring complete and timely resolution of any inquiries.
• Customer Service:Address and resolve customer service calls related to internet orders with professionalism and courtesy.
• Shelf Replenishment: Restock shelves with products in a timely and efficient manner.
