Job summary

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Internet Salesperson for Kendall Ford of Eugene. The role is fast-paced, focusing on responding to inquiries, setting appointments, and negotiating vehicle prices to maximize showroom and online sales.

A self-motivated, outgoing, and determined personality with previous auto sales experience is preferred. We offer a robust compensation plan with a substantial monthly bonus, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts.
• Strong communication, grammar, and email skills.
• Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles including hybrids.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound sales calls and internet inquiries.
• Set up client appointments and negotiate vehicle prices with management support.
• Use computers, phones, and social networks to follow up with active prospects and build rapport.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings and assist with showroom and vehicle lot displays.
• Work primarily indoors with occasional travel for training; up to 70 calls per day.
