The New Terminal One at JFK is seeking a Project Finance Associate to lead financial modeling, financing structuring, and strategic decision support for JFK NTO. This onsite role supports executives, lenders, investors, and stakeholders to advance long-term terminal financing and development.

Responsibilities include maintaining models, evaluating structures, conducting scenario analyses, and coordinating with accounting and project teams.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in project/infrastructure finance or related fields.
Advanced financial modeling skills and strong debt-financing knowledge.
Experience preparing materials for boards, lenders, investors, and rating agencies.
Executive-level communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain long-term project finance models.
Develop financing structures, refinancing opportunities, and capital allocation strategies.
Conduct scenario analyses on schedules, costs, revenue, financing, and liquidity.
Coordinate with accounting to ensure modeling aligns with financial reporting.
Develop strategic analyses and business cases for management decisions.
Prepare materials for lenders, investors, rating agencies, and shareholders.
Support debt issuances, amendments, refinancings, and related transactions.
Monitor covenant compliance and reporting obligations.
Identify and mitigate financial risks and fund-raising assumptions.
Lead cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
