Responsibilities

Oversee tax-planning responsibilities for clients, review complex tax research on a wide range of tax issues related to business transactions for a variety of entities and their affiliates.
Oversee delivery of international tax services and advise on tax implications of international operations and coordination with US/foreign tax laws.
Consult on tax-efficient structuring of international transactions and use of tax treaties; plan offshore investments and repatriation to minimize taxes.
Research and consult on tax matters; respond to IRS and other inquiries; provide client recommendations.
Lead business development efforts with partners and marketing teams to build client relationships.
