The Opportunity
As an International Tax Services - Senior Associate, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will be part of our Tax practice, where you will leverage your skills to navigate complex tax regulations and optimize tax positions for businesses. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to grow your personal brand and technical skills.
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
