You will handle federal, state, and local filings, international reporting, and partner tax returns while collaborating with Tax leadership and external advisors.

The role emphasizes strong partnership/international taxation expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to improve processes through automation and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Active CPA license and at least 5 years in tax and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of partnership taxation and international tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax filings for partnerships, foreign entities, and non-resident partners.
• Coordinate tax information with internal teams and external providers.
• Conduct tax research and document technical positions; monitor regulatory changes.
• Manage audits and notices from tax authorities; support budgeting and tax calendars.
