Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join the Firm's U.S. tax function. This role oversees U.S. federal, state, and local filings for partnerships and foreign entities, and handles international tax reporting for non-resident partners.

Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will collaborate with Tax leadership, Finance, Payroll, and external advisors to ensure compliance and support planning while driving automation and efficiency across the Firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent required.
• Active CPA license with at least 5 years of tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of partnership taxation and international tax compliance.
• Familiarity with Forms 1065, 5471, 8858, 1120-F, 1040-NR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee U.S. federal, state, and local tax filings for partnerships and foreign entities.
• Manage state elections, withholding, estimates, payments, and deadlines.
• Coordinate tax information with internal and external teams.
• Conduct tax research and document technical positions.
• Monitor legislative changes and manage audits and notices.
• Improve tax systems and processes through automation.
