Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Master’s degree in accounting or taxation preferred.
• Have 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Active CPA or EA license.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.
• Willingness to work overtime around client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of international tax services to clients.
• Advise on cross-border entity structures and treaty issues.
• Develop tax planning strategies and monitor U.S. and foreign compliance.
• Supervise staff and review work product for accuracy.
• Research complex tax issues and prepare memoranda for clients.
• Stay updated on changes in U.S. and international tax laws.
